By accessing or using astrojiya.com (the "Website") or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Our Service

Astrojiya provides a personalized Vedic astrology report along with a voice reading, prepared on the basis of the birth details (such as name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth) and other information you voluntarily provide. The report is a digital product delivered to your registered email address.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Our service is offered for a one-time payment of ₹299 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Ninety-Nine only), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no recurring charges. You will only ever be charged the amount displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay and Cashfree). We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers.

3. Delivery of Service

Your personalized report and voice reading are delivered by email within 24 hours of successful payment. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

4. Nature of Service — Important Disclaimer

  • Astrology is a traditional belief-based practice. Our reports and readings are provided for entertainment, spiritual, and general guidance purposes only.
  • The contents of any report do not constitute, and must not be treated as, a scientifically proven prediction of future events. No scientific validity or accuracy of outcomes is claimed or guaranteed.
  • Our services are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice. Please consult a qualified professional before making any decision relating to your health, finances, legal matters, or relationships.
  • Any decision or action you take based on a report is taken at your own discretion and sole responsibility.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services on this Website. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

6. Accuracy of Information Provided by You

Reports are prepared using the details you submit. You are responsible for providing accurate birth details and a valid email address. We are not responsible for errors in a report arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you; however, if this happens, please contact support@astrojiya.com and we will do our best to help.

7. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund policy, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: if you do not receive your report, or you are not satisfied with it, you may contact us at support@astrojiya.com within 7 days of your purchase and request a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the format and content of our reports, is the property of Astrojiya / Narender Kumar Bhandari and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reports are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold, reproduced, or distributed.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to submit false or fraudulent payment information, or to abuse, harass, or defraud our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that purchase (₹299). We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including decisions taken by you on the basis of a report.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
