3. Accuracy of Information Provided by You

3.1 Astrological readings are generated based on the details you provide (name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, etc.). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of these details.

3.2 We shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy in the reading arising from incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by you, and such cases shall not qualify for a refund on grounds of inaccuracy.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed on the Website in Indian Rupees (INR) or other applicable currency at the time of purchase, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payments are processed through secure, authorized third-party payment gateways (such as CCAvenue and other RBI-authorized processors). We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.

4.3 We reserve the right to change prices, introduce or withdraw offers, and modify Services at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

4.4 In the event of a failed transaction where your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is typically auto-reversed by your bank/gateway within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us with your transaction details and we will assist in resolution.

5. Delivery of Services

5.1 Digital reports and readings are typically delivered within 24 hours of successful payment, and in most cases much sooner. Certain detailed or manually reviewed reports may take up to 48 hours.

5.2 Delivery is made to the email address and/or phone number provided by you at checkout. Please ensure these are correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect contact details, full inboxes, or spam filtering, though we will re-send upon request.

5.3 If you do not receive your report within the stated timeframe, contact us at support@astrojiya.com and we will re-deliver it promptly or process a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In summary: refund requests must be raised within 3 (three) days of the date of purchase, subject to the conditions stated in that Policy.
