1. Digital-Only Delivery

All products and services sold on www.astrojiya.com are digital products. No physical goods are shipped, and therefore no shipping charges, courier partners, or physical delivery timelines apply.

2. Delivery Method

Purchased reports and readings are delivered electronically via one or more of the following, based on the details you provide at checkout:

  • Email (to your registered email address)
  • WhatsApp / SMS (to your registered mobile number)
  • On-screen access / download link on the Website

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard reports/readings: delivered within 24 hours of successful payment, and typically much sooner (often within minutes)
  • Detailed or manually reviewed reports: may take up to 48 hours

4. Non-Receipt of Delivery

If you do not receive your report within the applicable timeline:

  1. Check your spam/junk/promotions folder
  2. Verify that the email/phone number provided at checkout was correct
  3. Contact us at support@astrojiya.com with your Order ID — we will re-deliver promptly, or process a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy

5. Incorrect Contact Details

We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete contact details entered by you; however, we will always re-send your report to corrected details upon request at no extra charge.
