This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on www.astrojiya.com ("Website"), owned and operated by:

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from AstroJiya. This Policy explains, in clear terms, when and how you can request a refund or cancellation.


1. Refund Eligibility Window — 3 Days

1.1 You may request a full refund within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of purchase, calculated from the timestamp of your successful payment.

1.2 Refund requests received after the 3-day window has expired will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.


2. Circumstances in Which a Full Refund Will Be Granted

Within the 3-day window, you are entitled to a 100% full refund in the following cases:

  1. Non-delivery of service: You did not receive your report/reading within 48 hours of purchase, and re-delivery attempts have also failed
  2. Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order (the duplicate amount will be refunded in full, irrespective of the 3-day window)
  3. Failed transaction: Your account was debited but no order was generated, and the amount was not auto-reversed by your bank within 7 business days
  4. Technical error: A verifiable technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the purchased service
  5. Change of mind before delivery: You cancel your order before the report/reading has been generated and delivered to you (see Section 4)

3. Circumstances in Which a Refund May Be Declined

A refund request may be declined, even within the 3-day window, in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect details provided by you: The reading was generated using the birth details you submitted, and the inaccuracy claimed arises from wrong or incomplete information provided by you
  2. Subjective disagreement: The report was correctly generated and delivered, and the request is based solely on personal disagreement with the astrological interpretation, predictions, or opinions contained in it. Astrology is inherently interpretive, and differing views on content do not constitute a service defect
  3. Service fully consumed: Live or one-on-one consultation services (where offered) that have already been completed in full
  4. Abuse of policy: Repeated purchase-and-refund patterns indicating misuse of the refund facility
  5. Chargeback already initiated: If you have already raised a chargeback/dispute with your bank for the same transaction, the refund will be handled exclusively through the bank's dispute process

Where a request is declined, we will inform you of the specific reason in writing.


4. Order Cancellation

4.1 Before delivery: You may cancel your order at any time before the report/reading has been generated and delivered. A full refund will be processed.

4.2 After delivery: Since our products are digital and delivered instantly or within a short timeframe, an order cannot be "cancelled" once delivered — however, you may still request a refund within the 3-day window as per Sections 1 and 2 above.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at support@astrojiya.com with the following details:

  1. Full name used at the time of order
  2. Registered email address / phone number
  3. Order ID or payment transaction ID
  4. Date of purchase
  5. Reason for the refund request

Requests raised through email with complete details are processed fastest. You may also raise a request through any contact form provided on the Website.


6. Refund Processing Timeline

6.1 Acknowledgement: Your refund request will be acknowledged within 24–48 hours of receipt.

6.2 Decision: A decision (approval or decline with reasons) will be communicated within 3 business days of acknowledgement.

6.3 Credit to your account: Approved refunds are initiated immediately and processed back to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet). Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount typically reflects within 5–7 business days, and in some cases up to 10 business days for certain banks.

6.4 We do not charge any fee for processing refunds. The full amount paid for the eligible order is refunded.


7. Mode of Refund

7.1 All refunds are made only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash, to a different account, or to third parties.

7.2 In the rare case that a refund to the original method fails (e.g., closed account), we will contact you to arrange an alternative lawful mode of refund.


8. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Orders placed using promotional offers or discounts are refunded at the actual amount paid by you (not the pre-discount listed price).

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Refund requests are governed by the version of the Policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
