We want every customer to feel confident purchasing from Astrojiya. Our service is a one-time payment of ₹299 — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges — and it is covered by the simple, customer-friendly refund policy below.

1. 7-Day Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 (seven) days of the date of your purchase in the following situations:

Non-delivery: You did not receive your report and voice reading by email within 24 hours of successful payment (after checking your spam/junk folder). You are entitled to a full refund, or, if you prefer, we will re-deliver the report.
Dissatisfaction with the report: If you feel your report is inaccurate, does not match the birth details you provided, or you are otherwise not satisfied with it, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a refund.
Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
Failed transaction: If money was deducted but your order was not confirmed, the amount is automatically refunded by the payment gateway; if it is not received within 7 business days, contact us and we will resolve it.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@astrojiya.com within 7 days of your purchase with:

The email address used at the time of purchase
The date of payment and payment reference/transaction ID (from your payment confirmation)
A brief reason for the refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through the payment gateway used at the time of purchase (Razorpay or Cashfree). Refunds are typically initiated within 2 business days of approval and are credited by your bank within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the report has been delivered by emailing support@astrojiya.com; a full refund will be issued.
Because this is a one-time purchase with no subscription, no future or recurring charges exist that require cancellation. You will never be billed again after your one-time payment.

5. Requests Outside the Refund Window

Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase are not covered by this policy but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please write to support@astrojiya.com and we will try to help.
